How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?
aircons.sg general servicing starts at $25 per unit (5+ units). For a typical 3-bedroom HDB flat with 3 units, ad-hoc servicing is $95 (incl. GST). Annual care packages start at $220 for 1 unit, including a free chemical wash on the first visit.
What is the difference between general servicing and chemical wash?
General servicing is surface cleaning — filters, drainage flush, exterior coil wipe-down — for routine 3-month maintenance. Chemical wash uses specialised cleaning solutions to dissolve mould and biofilm inside the coil — recommended every 6–12 months or when cooling drops noticeably.
Is the pre-check really free?
Yes, always. Even if our pre-check reveals an issue we can't solve with servicing alone (e.g. compressor failure, gas leak), and you decide not to proceed with repair, you owe us nothing. We believe in earning your trust before earning your money.
How fast can you respond?
WhatsApp typically replies within 5 minutes during business hours (9am–9pm Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm Sun). Same-day service is usually available for weekday bookings. Emergency repairs prioritised.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes. 30 days on general servicing, 60 days on chemical wash, 90 days on chemical overhaul, 1 year on installation. If something goes wrong related to our work within the warranty period, we return at no cost.
